The November storm – Gamma

I had posted this from Panera on the day that Gamma formed.  There was actual content to this post, for some reason, however,  the content did not actually appear.  The only bit of it that I remember is that this is only the second time in the recorded history that there have been three consecutive seasons with activity after November 1 (the first such stretch being 1984-1986).
